About Us

Tom Frigge has a long and distinguished history in the Foodservice Industry, with experience in Operations, Food Safety Training, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Sales to some of the worlds largest restaurant companies.

  • He understands the challenges found in all types of restaurants, by employees and managers alike.
  • He has developed numerous products and procedures currently used in chain restaurants and was granted a patent on one of the procedures.
  • He is well-versed in the needs of restaurant managers and employees, and works toward “real-world” solutions to real problems.
  • He has been a Certified ServSafe® Instructor since 1997, and is a member of the Hawaii Environmental Health Association and the Hawaii Institute of Food Technologists.

He has a Bachelor Degree in Restaurant Management, and a Masters in Food Technology, both from THE Ohio State University. He is an officer in the large OSU Alumni Association of Hawaii and Past-President of his Condo Association.

Tom was also given a three year appointment to the Advisory Council for Food Protection Practices in Hawaii. This group helped guide the legislature in updating the Food Safety Laws of the State.

He was also elected to a three year term to the Hawaii Restaurant Association Board of Directors.

He has been married for over 45 years to his high school sweetheart, Becky.

His vision is to serve the restaurant industry with passion and imagination, while helping to make food safer.

He is uniquely qualified to lead this one-of-a-kind company, but retirement is imminent.  The July 2017 class will be his last.
